This renowned company produces a wide range of dairy-based products, specializing in diverse products from milk, cheese, and butter to nutritional products. With many facilities across the world, they play a big part in the overall dairy industry.

Role Description
In this role, you lead global talent acquisition strategy, standardize recruitment processes, and enhance the candidate experience across all regions. Strong leadership, expertise in SAP and recruiting tools, and a proven track record in global TA are essential.

Responsibilities
-Driving and implementing global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business needs
-Standardizing and optimizing recruitment processes across all regions
-Leading global TA programs and initiatives from design to execution
-Ensuring operational excellence and consistency across four regional TA hubs
-Building and developing Talent Acquisition capability and community
-Enhancing candidate and employee experience through seamless recruitment practices
-Leveraging data, analytics, and recruitment technologies (including SAP and ATS) to optimize performance
-Innovating in digital recruitment, including AI integration and automation
-Collaborating closely with Employer Branding, Digital HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, and Reward teams

Requirements
-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong global focus
-proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
-Experience in designing and implementing TA strategies and standardizing global processes
-Deep knowledge of recruitment technologies, including SAP, ATS, and assessment tools
-Ability to manage projects and programs at a global scale with measurable impact
