Role Overview

As Team Lead Quality Control, you’ll lead a dedicated team of around 15 analysts in either the microbiological lab & sample logistics or the physical-chemical lab. Part of the Quality Control (QC) team, you are crucial in upholding rigorous quality standards and driving ongoing improvements within a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure flawless daily operations, compliance with strict industry regulations, and continuous process improvement.

• Contribute to the QC annual plan and drive impactful improvement projects

• Serve as the go-to lab contact across departments including Technology, QA, and Production

• Help shape the future of the QC lab with your insights and leadership

What You Bring

• HBO level of thinking and working

• Team management or leadership experience

• Background in analytical chemistry—experience with ISO17025 is a big plus

• Familiar with SAP and knowledge of the dairy industry, especially milk powder processes, is an advantage

• Fluency in Dutch required
   

Other Information: 

• Full time work arrangement of 32–38 hours per week
