Role Description
As a Packaging Operator, you will work on fully automated packaging lines for human medicines. You'll handle machine setups, troubleshoot issues, perform basic maintenance, and help improve packaging processes using Lean Six Sigma. You'll receive full on-the-job training and work in shifts, including nights.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated packaging lines
- Perform technical changeovers, start-ups, cleaning, and line clearances
- Monitor product quality throughout the process
- Accurately complete documentation (manual and SAP)
- Troubleshoot and fix basic technical malfunctions
- Perform first-line maintenance
Requirements
- MBO Level 2 diploma (or willingness to obtain it)
- Technical or process experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred)
- Dutch (spoken/written), English preferred
- Technical skills and interest
