Our client is a leading global healthcare organization, providing innovative solutions through its portfolio of prescription medicines, vaccines, biologics, and animal health products. With its first European branch established in Amsterdam, the company has since expanded to operate three additional facilities across the Netherlands, supporting global healthcare operations.
Role Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Release team. In this role, you will enhance internal processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize quality systems. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, transparency, and performance across quality, compliance, and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data reviews of batch documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify interdepartmental bottlenecks and drive process improvements through updated SOPs and workflows.
- Support project planning and execution, including timeline development and cross-functional coordination.
- Design and implement digital dashboards to monitor Batch Release performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the creation of an innovative training environment by analyzing relevant data, guidelines, and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and proactive risk management.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO), ideally in a data-driven field, health sciences, or a related discipline.
- A strong affinity for data analysis, with the ability to work independently and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to simplifying complex issues.
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to engage effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with (bio)pharmaceutical regulations is a strong advantage.
