Role Overview
We are seeking three enthusiastic Maintenance Technicians to join our client’s team in Leiden. In this on-site, full-time position (40 hours per week), you will work in a 24/7 shift regime, ensuring the reliability of production and utility systems. Your technical expertise will be essential in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving their equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production and utility installations, ensuring minimal downtime.
-Diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions, collaborating with team members to set priorities.
-Proactively identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and system efficiency.
-Maintain strict compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards.
-Share technical knowledge with colleagues and external contractors, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
-MBO 4 education level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Measurement and Control Technology.
-Proven technical experience in an industrial environment, specifically as an all-round maintenance or service technician.
-Strong skills in diagnosing, analyzing, and solving technical issues.
-Focus on ensuring high installation availability and minimizing risks.
-A valid driving license (Category B).
-Fluency in Dutch and willingness to work 100% on-site in Leiden.
-Residing near Leiden or open to relocating to the region if needed.
