The client is part of the global pharmaceutical company. The facility is focused on the development and manufacturing of biologic medicines, particularly in the fields of immunology, oncology, and infectious diseases. They specialize in producing large-scale biologic drugs, which are typically made from living cells and are used to treat complex diseases.

Role Description
We are seeking skilled All-round Maintenance Technicians to join our team where you will play a vital role in the reliable and efficient production of innovative, custom-made pharmaceutical products. You will work in a close-knit team, supporting the maintenance of both production and utility systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within production and utility installations, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with operations.
Analyzing complex malfunctions and sharing technical expertise with team members and contractors.
Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of equipment and maintenance processes.
Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, GMP standards, and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.
Participating actively in team meetings, contributing to daily operational decisions, and supporting strategic projects aimed at long-term system performance.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch.
At least MBO 4 level education, preferably in electrical engineering or measurement and control technology.
Proven experience as a maintenance or service technician in an industrial environment.
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to resolve technical malfunctions independently.
Committed to safety, continuous improvement, and maintaining high equipment availability.
Valid B driving license.
100% on-site in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
