Join a dynamic and diverse European brand team in the FMCG sector, where creativity and execution go hand in hand. You'll play a key role in bringing a well-known brand to life through smart digital and in-store activations tailored to the Dutch market.

Role Description
We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager to join the European Chocomel brand team on a temporary, part-time basis (3 days/week). Based in the Netherlands, you’ll focus specifically on driving brand activation for the Chocomel brand in the Dutch market.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the Q4 in-store “letter” activation for Chocomel.
- Develop and execute a display plan for portion packs.
- Launch a digital and influencer campaign for Chocomel Protein.
- Translate brand and shopper objectives into actionable activation plans, ensuring alignment with the brand funnel and market share goals.
- Oversee content creation for various platforms (social, video, e-commerce, retail media) and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Track and evaluate campaign results across shopper and digital channels. Optimize advertising efficiency by making data-driven decisions in real time.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, category development, creative/media agencies, and retail partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Extract insights from campaign performance to inform future content strategy and improve ongoing brand activations.

Requirement
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (e.g. Marketing, Communication Sciences).
- 2+ years of relevant FMCG experience in shopper marketing, online marketing, content creation, or community management.
- Strong digital affinity – you bring a fresh perspective on social media and online brand engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to challenge and inspire agencies and internal teams.
- Results-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and ownership mentality.
- Strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (preferred).
