The Company
Our client is a global pharmaceutical leader committed to delivering life-changing therapies. Their Breda facility serves as a major hub for labelling and distributing medicines to over 75 countries, making it a key player in international supply chain operations.
Role Description
Our client is hiring an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export professional to oversee end-to-end shipment coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to support critical global pharmaceutical deliveries while collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Manage global import/export shipments from order entry to delivery.
Process daily orders and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
Proactively resolve transport and service-related issues.
Coordinate product returns and manage logistics documentation.
Build strong partnerships with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP environment.
Hands-on knowledge of import/export logistics and order processing.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with diverse global teams.
Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP systems.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality standards.
