The Company

Our client is a global pharmaceutical leader committed to delivering life-changing therapies. Their Breda facility serves as a major hub for labelling and distributing medicines to over 75 countries, making it a key player in international supply chain operations.

 Role Description

Our client is hiring an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export professional to oversee end-to-end shipment coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to support critical global pharmaceutical deliveries while collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global import/export shipments from order entry to delivery.

  • Process daily orders and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

  • Proactively resolve transport and service-related issues.

  • Coordinate product returns and manage logistics documentation.

  • Build strong partnerships with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP environment.

  • Hands-on knowledge of import/export logistics and order processing.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with diverse global teams.

  • Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP systems.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality standards.
