The Company

Role Description
The Cell Therapy Specialist will be responsible for preparing cell culture media, processing cells, and managing cell expansion in a cGMP clinical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all tasks related to the manufacturing of clinical products, following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate closely with Product Sciences and Quality teams as part of a small, dedicated team to execute GMP runs.
- Assist in developing SOPs, batch records, deviations, and change control processes.
- Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues as needed.
Requirements
- MLO or HLO degree.
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a GMP or similarly regulated environment.
- Preferred knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology products, aseptic processing, and cell culture, along with experience working with cell culture equipment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends (excluding night shifts and not every weekend).
Additional Information
Shift schedule:
- Morning: 07:00 to 16:00
- Evening: 15:00 to 00:00
- Shift allowances apply.
