Join our dynamic team as a Technical Operations Manager/Project Superintendent, where you'll ensure operational excellence through meticulous planning, execution, and oversight of all technical operations. This role is pivotal in leading our operations team across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the rest of Europe, with exciting future activities in Africa.

Operational Leadership: Lead with urgency, overseeing task preparation, execution, and closure while ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Customer and Project Management: Be the primary client contact, managing expectations and providing updates throughout project progress.

Resource and Personnel Management: Drive team performance in a fluid environment, ensuring safety and integrity at all times.

Compliance and Reporting: Maintain organized business records and manage technical reports for timely submission.

Collaboration and Development: Liaise with other offices for resource sharing and drive innovation for improved productivity and safety.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operational experience.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in maritime operations, logistics, or technical project management.
  
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  
• Ability to commute to northern Antwerp area (Stabroek, near Dutch border).
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
