At Global-Tickets, we’re looking for an experienced UX Designer with a strong focus on UX research, an analytics focus, and entrepreneurial mindset!
In collaboration with Konversionskraft, one of Europe’s leading conversion agencies, you now have the opportunity to shape our customers digital experience for millions of motorsport fans worldwide.

As part of our Marketing Team, you’ll work closely with Product Management, CRM, SEO, and Development to design smart UX initiatives and implement optimizations that support our ambitious growth goals. With us you don’t only contribute operationally but can contribute strategically too:  your work will lay the foundation to  build an internal CRO team and significantly impact  the development of our new webshop.

Your Impact
  • Develop UX Initiatives for Conversion Optimization: Creation  and Implementation of  data-driven hypotheses - in collaboration with Konversionskraft -to significantly boost conversion rates.

  • Establish Workflows & Processes: Set up of clear rules, processes, and documentation to ensure sustainable UX research for the future while  laying the groundwork for an internal CRO team.

  • Prototyping & Framework Development: Creation of scribbles, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to serve as the foundation for digital CRO services and integration of such into the team's daily work.

  • Data-Driven Design & Experience Optimization: Usage of A/B tests, usability testings, and analytics to iterate and improve design that enhances website experience and our customer engagement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Presentation of design concepts, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Ensure SEO readiness and collaborate with CRM on multilingual solutions.

  • Design System Development: Standardization of webshop components and further development of our design system to continuously enhance our user experience.

Your Top 3 Goals
  1. Master UX/CRO Workflows: Internalize UX optimization processes and workflows in cooperation with Konversionskraft and sustainably increase conversion rates across platforms.

  2. Set the Standard for Continuous Discovery: Building a system to collect relevant quantitative and qualitative data to ensure a continuous, timely, actionable product development.

  3. Advance the Design System: Expansion and improvement of the existing design system to ensure seamless and consistent handover for our new webshop.



Gevraagd

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in an e-commerce or digital environment.

  • Skills in tools such as Figma, FigPi, and Typeform are ideal.

  • Experience in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

  • Knowledge of atomic design systems is a plus.

  • A creative and analytical mindset to drive design decisions that boost profitability.

  • Fluent in English; while German or Dutch is a plus.

  • A team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach is your mantra.
