We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for bringing the Beilen site (factory and organization) to an audit ready state for an upcoming inspection by the Chinese State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) . You are a qualified project manager with full experience in managing complex project covering both complex technical as human behavioral and awareness aspects. Affinity with quality and compliance is a pre.

An enthusiastic colleague with ample, at least 5+ years, experience in Project Management preferably with a strong affinity in quality assurance. You have a background in project management, food technology and/or engineering. You become energized by working with people and are capable of functioning in multiple multidisciplinary teams. You operate at an academic level, and bring strong analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor/Master degree and managerial level (managing professionals)

By far most of the powdered infant formula is packed into cans.
Supply Point Beilen prepares for new market launches in the Chinese markets. A successful on-site audit is an essential step in the registration and approval process by Chinese authorities. The factory has to make a step change in its quality compliance with respect Chinese compliance.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering full compliance of the factory and organization with Chinese regulations and requirements for IFT products. You will make the difference by being a motivating and inspiring leader. You will work through people in multiple teams. These teams will manage capital investments, ensure systems are accurate, deliver quality awareness and behavioral programs. You will be given the challenge and full authority to raise the bar and deliver success.
