Position

As a Quality Intelligence PMO Project Manager, you will work within the Quality Assurance team of the organisation’s global nutrition supply chain, leading medium to large-scale projects focused on improving quality and ensuring regulatory compliance. In doing so, you contribute to achieving the strategic quality objectives of the organisation.

Within the Quality Intelligence Program Management Office (QIPMO), you manage project portfolios, translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, and oversee their implementation. This role requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturing, QA, regulatory affairs, R&D, and supply chain teams, across domestic and international operations.

You are responsible for clearly defining the project scope, establishing and maintaining timelines, and ensuring timely execution. Additionally, you identify and address project risks and issues, while providing regular updates to senior leadership. Finally, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, KPIs, and global quality standards.


Profile

  • completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • minimum of 8 years of experience in a regulated nutritional food manufacturing environment, preferably in pediatric or medical nutrition products, with strong knowledge of food cGxP and regulatory requirements; pharmaceutical experience is a plus
  • at least 3 years of experience managing complex projects or programs in quality, R&D, operations, or supply chain
  • proven ability to manage expectations regarding program requirements and deliverables
  • skilled in analyzing complex data and implementing data-driven improvement strategies
  • demonstrated problem-solving expertise and knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing controls in the nutrition industry
  • experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Class A
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholder management experience
  • relevant technical knowledge and international experience, with sound decision-making skills contributing to competence, confidence, and credibility
  • preferred: a master’s degree in a relevant field, PMP certification (Project Management Professional), and in-depth expertise in ingredients, processes, and formulation within the nutrition industry

The QA department is undergoing continuous development to elevate its work to an even higher standard of quality.
