As a Sales Analyst, you are the mastermind behind data-driven sales campaigns. You delve into numbers, decipher customer behavior, and transform raw data into sharp insights. Working closely with marketing and sales, you ensure campaigns not only run smoothly but also excel. From building strategies to enhancing customer value with smart, data-driven ideas, you are the secret force behind commercial success. Your responsibilities include coordinating sales campaigns from start to finish, from smart setup to thorough evaluation. You collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data with an eye for detail and results. You listen in on sales conversations to translate practice into data and vice versa. You develop clear dashboards and reports that empower teams to grasp performance. You identify opportunities and advise on improvements that make a difference. You collaborate closely with agile teams and marketing departments to quickly realize ideas. You refine product propositions based on data-driven insights.

Wij vragen:

- HBO/WO level, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science;
- Experience with data analysis, modeling, and developing dashboards;
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools;
- Affinity with sales, marketing campaigns, CRM systems, and data traffic;
- Strong communication skills and a talent for explaining complex data in an understandable way.
