Wij vragen:
- An MBO level 3 diploma in Care & Welfare (such as Verzorgende IG);
- Proficiency in nursing and caregiving tasks;
- Experience with care plans, protocols, and care systems;
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively;
- Tact, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- A professional and meticulous work attitude;
- Patience, resilience, and calmness, even in emotional or complex situations.
