Are you experienced in sales and possess leadership skills? Are you ready for a new challenge where you can combine your knowledge of hospitality design, showroom sales, and team coaching? Our client in the interior sector is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to lead their enthusiastic team of four colleagues. As a Sales Manager, you will be the face of the showroom. You will directly manage a team of four employees across the kitchen, interior, and outlet departments. Your responsibilities include leading and conducting performance reviews, engaging in customer contact and sales discussions in the showroom, creating and processing orders in SAP and Excel, and keeping the showroom up-to-date with new collections.Wij bieden:
- Gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,000, depending on experience;
- A close-knit team in a dynamic environment;
- Opportunities for personal input and product development.
Wij vragen:
- MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking;
- Knowledge of hospitality design (e.g., terrace chairs, interior solutions);
- Commercial experience in showroom sales or project design;
- Experience with SAP and Excel;
- Leadership experience is essential;
- Available immediately.
