Role Description
You’ll be responsible for the design and coordination of electrical systems in cleanroom and pharmaceutical production environments. This is a hands-on engineering role (not a project manager role) focused on supporting capital investment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems and installations in pharmaceutical or biological settings.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, biosafety, and other regulations.
- Prepare and assess quotation requests.
- Support clients in writing user requirement specifications.
- Manage technical documentation, decisions, and justifications.
- Supervise contractors and external engineering teams.
- Handle change/variation orders and negotiate terms.
- Oversee mono-disciplinary projects with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HBO in Electrical Engineering (HTS/HIT).
- VCA-VOL certification.
- At least 5 years of project experience in pharmaceutical or food production.
- Knowledge of cGMP and biosafety standards.
- AutoCAD skills (basic level).
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of legislation and technical standards.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
