For a renowned and forward-thinking shipping and transport company with a strong global presence, we are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Commercial Planner.
With decades of experience, this organization is recognized as a reliable logistics partner, specializing in the complex and high-value transport of luxury yachts and other specialized cargo. As part of a dynamic commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating tailored transport solutions, balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities in one of the most demanding and prestigious sectors of global logistics.

- Managing commercial, operational, financial, and quality-related agreements with clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Preparing and handling quotations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Ensuring smooth administrative and documentation processes for goods flows.
- Working closely with the team to achieve business goals.
- Coordinating and managing the entire shipping process, from the client’s initial request to the successful delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end logistics for the transport of high-value assets like yachts to their specified locations.
- A commercially driven and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A true team player who performs well under pressure.
- 2–3 years of experience in a commercial role; affinity with shipping is a plus.
- Knowledge of the shipping industry and familiarity with BIMCO shipping contracts would be an advantage.
- Analytical and flexible, with a focus on results.
- Competitive salary between €45,000 and €50,000 per year, depending on experience.
