We are partnering with a leading global manufacturer specializing in high-performance polymer materials, renowned for its commitment to innovation and sustainability. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their Customer Service department at their Waalwijk location.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer orders and inquiries, providing professional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries received via email, telephone, or direct contact.

  • Provide information on product availability and scheduling within established guidelines.

  • Issue invoices and credit/debit notes to facilitate accurate and timely customer payments.

  • Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy.

  • Record and address customer complaints, researching and providing resolutions as needed.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and sales staff to ensure responsiveness and satisfaction.

  • Offer feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Secondary education (HBO) or equivalent.

  • Commercial training with experience in customer service and order management.

  • Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus.

    Practicalities:
    Location: Waalwijk, Netherlands
    Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours preferred; 32 hours possible)
    Contract Duration: 1 year with high extension possibility
    Language: English is a must, Dutch and/or German are a  plus!
