For an international client in the Venlo region, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager with a technical background. This is a direct placement role through Invite Jobs, meaning you will be employed directly by our client on a one-year contract, with the prospect of permanent employment. This is a versatile, international position that offers plenty of growth opportunities and room for your own initiative. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships across Europe. You will independently manage commercial projects—from initial inquiry to full implementation—and act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments such as R&D in Japan, production units in Asia and Europe, and the customer service team in Hungary. You will analyze customer needs, provide technical advice, and play an active role in optimizing collaboration.
You will visit customers and attend trade fairs, identify new market opportunities, and translate them into concrete commercial actions. Due to the international scope of this role, you will interact with diverse cultures and markets, making your work dynamic and varied. Wat wij vragen
A bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, mechatronics) or international business
2 to 3 years of experience in a technical/commercial role, preferably in an international setting
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Customer-focused, results-driven, communicative, and well-organized
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
Valid work permit for the Netherlands
Direct employment with our client via Invite Jobs (recruitment & selection)
One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
Gross monthly salary between €3,700 and €3,900, depending on experience
29 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment)
