Are you service-minded, administratively skilled, and enjoy international communication? Do you have experience in customer service, supply chain, or order management in a technical or industrial environment? Then this Customer Service Representative position in Waalwijk is a great fit for you!
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the central point of contact for national and international customers. You manage and process orders, answer inquiries, and coordinate deliveries. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as sales, logistics, planning, and finance.
You ensure a smooth order flow, register and follow up on complaints, monitor deliveries, and contribute ideas to improve internal processes. You will be part of the Customer Order Management team – the hub for customer communication within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor customer orders in the ERP system (SAP);
- Answer customer inquiries via email and phone (in English; Dutch is a plus);
- Prepare invoices and handle credit/debit notes;
- Coordinate deliveries, returns, and complaint handling;
- Maintain accurate customer and product data in the system;
- Detect and address order flow deviations proactively;
- Collaborate with internal departments and think in terms of solutions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
What You Bring
- A completed bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Communication;
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order management role;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a strong plus);
- Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and communication skills;
- A flexible, solution-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.

- Monthly salary of €3,600 – €5,000 gross, excluding holiday allowance
