Role Description
As an Operator Visual Inspection, you play a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of cancer medications (cytostatics). You’ll manually and automatically inspect vials to detect particles, discoloration, or defects — helping to ensure only the highest-quality products reach patients.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vials visually and with automated systems for quality issues
- Report abnormalities in the system and escalate to supervisors or the quality department
- Comply with GMP guidelines and uphold strict safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant working environment
Requirements
- MBO-3 level education (preferably in technical, chemical, or medical fields)
- Experience in visual inspection or quality control is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and reading)
- Excellent vision and concentration; good hand-eye coordination
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and quality-conscious
- Flexible and available for shift work (current shifts: 06:00–14:30/14:00–22:30)
- GMP and pharmaceutical experience is a strong advantage
