Role Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing defined maintenance processes according to GMP procedures. This includes corrective maintenance (repairs, replacements), parameter adjustments, fine-tuning, and preventive maintenance. You will also ensure that all inputs and outputs meet identity and quality standards, coordinate technical and quality issues across all lines, and support engineers during maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Accept and prepare materials for processing.
- Verify input and output for quality and identity.
- Manage process changeovers, preparation, and setup.
- Coordinate activities, addressing technical and quality issues.
- Support engineers during maintenance activities.
- Contribute to SGA initiatives and other improvement projects.
Requirements
-MBO or BSc degree in a relevant field.-
-Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, including preventive maintenance.
-Background in a manufacturing or production environment.
-Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage.
-Willingness to work in shifts timeo time
