You will be responsible for in season and long term margin financial plans. You will be a key partner in helping drive x-functional alignment and supporting business leaders assessing risks & opportunities across EMEA portfolio.

• Lead & Drive the Financial Planning processes In-Year and Long term across Consumer and Marketplace in partnership with DSM, ELC and Controlling.
• Highlight R&O across the portfolio build scenarios to deliver the financial forecast in alignment with key stakeholders.
• Lead finance transformation for margin management including Anaplan, SEC and First costs.
• Leads FP&A deliverables for month close, CFO reviews and Monthly/Quarterly reviews.
• Actively interpret financial results; use trends and macro insights to support key planning assumptions with meaningful guidance.

• Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Business Administration and Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Revenue & Margin Management, Financial modelling and Profit analysis.
• Previous experience in Financial Planning and Finance transformation is highly valued.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and compelling narratives
• Proven track record to operate successfully in ambiguous situations and drive clarity while leading multiple competing priorities.
• Experience with S4 Hana and Anaplan is highly valued.
