Key Responsibilities:

Lead deviation management and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
Create, review, and update lab documentation for new product introductions.
Provide technical support and collaborate with local and global customers.
Act as the technical system owner for analytical equipment.
Serve as the Subject Matter Authority during audits and inspections.
Drive continuous improvement projects.
Be a role model for safety, compliance, and reliability.
Communicate effectively with team members and build trusted relationships.

Wat we van jou verwachten

A Bachelor's degree (HLO) or higher in Life Sciences, molecular biology, or a related field.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Experience with microbiological techniques (bioburden, endotoxin, sterility) is preferred.
Analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
GMP experience is a plus.
