Talentmark is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian next to English.
In this role you support our client’s Nordic customers from their office in the Amsterdam region. You’ll deliver excellent service, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships. If you’re passionate about agriculture and excel in communication, this is your chance to make an impact!
Your Role
- Customer Contact: Be the key point of contact for your accounts. Understand supply needs and manage orders and deliveries effectively.
- Service Excellence: Solve issues quickly, respond to requests, and keep satisfaction high.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to support delivery planning and business goals.
- Improve & Innovate: Spot inefficiencies and help optimize our customer service processes.
Your Profile
- Fluent in English + Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
- Strong communicator, team player, customer-focused, solution-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, or similar
- You live close to Amsterdam and you are an EU citizen, or hold a valid EU working permit until at least 2027.
This role concerns a fulltime contracting role for at least one year. The annual salary is between € 45.000,- en € 58.000,-.
