As an Area Manager at CCS, you'll lead multiple hotel sites, ensuring top-tier service delivery and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for managing housekeeping teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving performance standards while staying agile in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operations through Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors on-site, ensuring high standards and a respectful work environment
  • Maintain regular client contact and address escalations promptly
  • Manage site budgets, staffing, and resource planning
  • Handle HR matters when needed, including recruitment and staff documentation
  • Oversee on-site training, performance, and absence management
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and complete all required checks and risk assessments
  • Coach Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors on staff management and support cleaning activity when needed
  • Conduct formal/informal staff meetings with HR as required
  • Manage large-scale cleaning projects and travel to support business needs across regions or countries
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Driving license B
  • Proven experience in similar operational or service environments
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including leadership and communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office tools
