Pandriks Group ("Pandriks") is a producer of artisanal bake-off bread. Pandriks aims to create the world's very best bake-off products in the most sustainable way using the most modern techniques. Pandriks primarily supplies to retailers in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the UK, and several other European countries. The company will increasingly focus on expanding its presence in the out-of-home market. The company operates two production facilities: a state-of-the-art bakery in Meppel (Netherlands) and another in Fulda (Germany). Revenues amount to c. € 180m with an ambition to grow organically to € 340m. In 2024, the company was acquired by the Le Duff Group (including Bridor).

Sought CFO is a member of the management team and is formally responsible for finance, project management, IT, and legal. In practice, the CFO is broadly responsible for the entire back end of the business operations. Develops finance & IT into proactive partner and accelerator of the business and growth agenda using data-driven business insights. CFO actively contributes to business development, identifies opportunities, creates business cases for investments in capacity expansion and/or greenfield operations in new countries. The CFO facilitates strategic decision-making with fact-based arguments.

• CFO is keen on cash flow, focuses on margin development, operational efficiency, and working capital management.

The CFO has 15+ years of (international) experience in capital-intensive food production, having had experience in roles such as plant controller/business controller/commercial controller. CFO understands the dynamics of large retailers and the dynamics between procurement, efficient production, and reliable supply chain. Understands operational excellence. Has a love for production processes. He or she has experience with large capex programs, including project control. An entrepreneurial CFO with execution power. Intelligent, team player, ambitious and fun.

• MSc degree, RA/RC degree is a plus
