Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can stay physically active and get things done? For a modern and dynamic concrete production company in Weert, we’re looking for a full-time production worker. You'll earn a starting salary of €2,500 gross per month and join a dedicated team where hard work and a good sense of humor go hand in hand.As a production worker, you’ll be fully involved in the production process of prefab concrete products. You’ll start by operating modern machines, and as you gain experience, you’ll take on additional responsibilities such as forklift driving (training provided internally) and physical tasks. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 16 production colleagues. A helpful onboarding app ensures you know exactly what’s expected. Your supervisor speaks both Polish and Dutch, making communication smooth. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), and any overtime is paid at 150%.

Wat wij vragen
- You speak either Dutch or Polish;
- You’re physically fit and not afraid of manual work;
- You’re motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow;
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required;
- You’re a team player and can also work independently.
- Starting salary of €14.43 per hour (around €2,500 gross per month);
