Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can stay physically active and enjoy operating machinery? For a modern and dynamic concrete manufacturer in Weert, we are looking for a full-time Operator. You’ll earn a competitive starting salary of €2,500 gross per month and join a committed team where hard work is balanced by a positive and supportive atmosphere.As an Operator, you’ll be fully involved in the production of prefab concrete products. You’ll start by operating state-of-the-art machines, and once you’re fully trained, you’ll expand your responsibilities to include tasks like forklift operation (internal training provided) and various hands-on duties. You’ll work closely with a team of 16 colleagues in production. A dedicated onboarding app will help you settle in quickly. Your supervisor speaks both Polish and Dutch, so communication runs smoothly. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), and any overtime is paid at 150%.

Wat wij vragen
- You speak either Dutch or Polish;
- You’re physically fit and enjoy practical work;
- You’re motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow;
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required;
- You enjoy working in a team and can also work independently.
- Starting hourly wage of €14.43 (approx. €2,500 gross per month);
- Full-time position (38 hours per week);
- 150% overtime pay;
- Internal forklift training and a clear onboarding process via app;
