The Company
Our client is a global healthcare company focused on discovering, developing, and providing innovative medicines, vaccines, and animal health products. With a strong emphasis on research and development, it is committed to improving patient outcomes and addressing unmet medical needs across various therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, cardiology, and infectious diseases. 

The Role 
As a Lab Technician, you will perform complex technical and diagnostic tests within a scientific or medical laboratory environment. You will operate with moderate supervision, applying your technical expertise to support both experimental work and daily lab operations. Your role also includes maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, managing equipment, and assisting in routine laboratory tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic and technical lab tests independently or under supervision.
- Support experimental work, including preparation, execution, and basic data analysis.
- Record and report findings clearly in lab documentation.
- Maintain and manage lab equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.
- Assist with daily lab operations and support colleagues where needed.

Requirements
- Technical MBO degree or relevant laboratory experience.
- Proven experience working in a GMP-compliant environment.
- Strong focus on lab safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and execution.
