The Company
Our client is a multinational biotech company who strives to serve patients by transforming the promise of science and biotechnology into therapies that have the power to restore health or save lives.

Role Description
As an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of global pharmaceutical distribution processes. You’ll manage and coordinate international shipments from end to end, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate global distribution of pharmaceutical products to affiliates, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Process daily supply orders and handle related import/export documentation.
- Book, monitor, and track shipments—proactively responding to delays or issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal departments.
- Represent the team in cross-functional project initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and providing input for KPIs.

Requirements
- Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain role within a GMP/GDP-regulated environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in a customer service or logistics function
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics issue management
