Role Description
As a Quality Control Specialist, you play a key role in supporting packaging and shipping operations by ensuring timely review and release of documentation, including Finished Product Packed (FPP) batches, packaging materials, and transport documents. You ensure that all production activities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities
Perform timely review and release of FPP batch documentation.
Ensure all reviews are conducted in line with GMP, internal quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Analyze the effectiveness of the review and release process.
Foster strong communication within the QA team (QA Associates, QA Officers, QPers) and with cross-functional teams (QO, IPT, COE SCM).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help promote a culture of quality and efficiency.

Requirements
MBO-level education (secondary vocational education or equivalent).
Solid knowledge of GMP and GDP standards.
Accurate, task-oriented, and customer-focused.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and organize work independently.
