Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team In this role, you will support laboratory operations by conducting technical and diagnostic tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate data collection and documentation. You’ll play a key role in trial production processes and contribute to the successful execution of experiments under moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical and diagnostic tests in line with experimental or production protocols
- Prepare materials and equipment for lab operations
- Record and explain lab work accurately in lab journals
- Monitor test results, identify anomalies, and report findings
- Support daily lab operations, including equipment checks and maintenance
- Identify equipment malfunctions and coordinate necessary repairs
- Manage lab supplies, order materials, and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements
- Technical certificate or proven laboratory experience
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under guidance
- Basic understanding of experimental design and laboratory practices
- Good documentation and data analysis skills
- Experience with lab equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
