As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees.
Your tasks include:

Detecting and reporting simple (electrical/mechanical) faults, organizing repairs, and adjusting parts
Working on the packing department and guiding (new) employees (content-wise)
Ensuring smooth work preparation so that the team can continue working efficiently and adjusting when needed
Checking if the work meets the agreed quality standards"
Instructing and distributing tasks within the team

Ready to work in a 3-shift system and rotate on Saturdays
Proficiency in both Dutch and English
Experience with similar tasks or strong leadership skills
