You will be working in a dynamic and growing company with a strong focus on infrastructure projects and concrete structures. Their expertise lies in the construction of sustainable roads, roundabouts, and complete residential areas, including earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure. Do you enjoy working outdoors and being physically active as part of a close-knit team? We are looking for a concrete finisher to assist in the construction and finishing of concrete pavements for roads and bike paths.

Your tasks will include finishing concrete during the construction of roads and bike paths, laying and finishing concrete pavements, digging trenches, and performing simple drainage tasks.

We offer a full-time position of 40 hours per week. You will work from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM or earlier. The work will be carried out in small, close-knit teams. If needed, accommodation is available in Eindhoven.

Experience in the construction or concrete sector is preferred, but a specific qualification is not required. Any background related to construction and concrete is considered a plus. We are looking for someone with basic digital skills, who is a good team player and has a flexible attitude. This is not a 9-to-5 job, so we expect a hands-on person who is willing to put in the effort.

A good command of the English language is important. If you also speak Dutch, that’s a plus.

The salary ranges from €17 to €20 per hour. You will work on a temporary basis and receive various allowances for overtime and weekend shifts. On Saturdays, the allowance is 50% between 00:00 and 07:00, 35% between 07:00 and 19:00, and 75% between 19:00 and 24:00. On Sundays, the allowance is 75% between 00:00 and 07:00, and 100% between 07:00 and 24:00. Overtime is compensated with a 25% allowance for the first three overtime hours per day and 50% for any additional overtime between Monday 05:00 and Saturday 21:00. Overtime between Saturday 21:00 and Monday 05:00, as well as on recognized public holidays, is paid with a 100% allowance.

You will receive 25 vacation days and 20 ADV days. A travel allowance and pension plan are also included. Team outings and social events are part of the company culture.
