Functie omschrijving

As an operator at TUBES, you will be responsible for managing the filling machines and ensuring a smooth production process. Your tasks include:

Setting up and operating filling machines;
Solving minor malfunctions and performing quality measurements;
Supplying materials and preparing work;
Packaging and palletizing filled tubes;
Maintaining a clean workspace and managing waste disposal;
Recording production data.

You will collaborate closely with production colleagues and report directly to the production manager.

Wat we van jou verwachten

MBO level of education and thinking;
Proactive and responsible mindset;
Supervisory experience or ambitions to grow;
Physically capable of handling heavier work (e.g., lifting boxes, moving pallets);
Strong communication skills and a true team player;
Flexible and adaptable to shift work (06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00);
Organized and hygienic, yet not afraid to get hands-on;
Technical insight and experience in production work;
Able to provide a certificate of conduct (VOG);
Living in the Hilversum area.
