Your Role
As Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and mentor a QA team (5+ direct reports)
- Oversee all regulatory submission processes and document control
- Optimize tools and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal standards
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Track team performance and report to senior management
- Competitive salary: €4,625–€5,416/month (excl. holiday allowance)
- Hybrid work: 3 months onsite, then 4 days office/1 day remote
- Benefits: 25 vacation days, full public transport reimbursement, health and wellbeing allowances, pension, annual reviews

- 5+ years in QA management (5+ direct reports)
- Strong QA operations background; multi-site experience is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Legal Assistant certification preferred
- Fluent English; strong organizational and leadership skills
