Systems Administrator – Global Gaming & Tech Leader | €43,500–€50,000 | Haarlem, Netherlands

About the Role – Systems Administrator (Full-Time, On-Site in Haarlem)
As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and developing the company’s global IT infrastructure. You'll work with modern tools and technologies to support teams worldwide and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and optimize Windows Server, VMware, and enterprise-level systems.
Manage Atlassian JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow platforms, including upgrades, patching, workflows, and user roles.
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory environments.
Monitor LAN/WAN performance using tools like Wireshark and analyze network infrastructure.
Ensure 24/7 data security, backup, and recovery across systems.
Document systems and processes using Confluence and Office 365.
Deploy and maintain DNS, DHCP, switches, and routers.
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
Support global teams and travel to EMEIA offices when required.
Take full ownership of infrastructure segments and drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration
Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA, ServiceNow, VMware, Windows Server, Azure, and Azure AD
Knowledge of Confluence, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools
Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Atlassian, ServiceNow) are a plus
Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell)
Willingness to travel internationally and provide occasional after-hours support
