Every tender deserves a clear, powerful proposal. Every client request needs a professional response that sets us apart. That’s your mission. Your role is key to strengthening the market position and supporting growth together with Sales.

Here’s a little taste of your challenge...

Write and compile proposals and bids (RFPs).
Gather, structure, and process information within tight deadlines.
Set up and monitor planning and ownership within the proposal process.
Edit, proofread, and adjust texts for quality, consistency, and compliance.
Develop and maintain templates for commonly proposed services.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrable experience in proposal writing or similar project-based writing roles.
Ability to work accurately under pressure while managing multiple projects.
