On behalf of Xebia, we are looking for a talented finance professional to join their high-performing Group Control team. Xebia is a global, technology-driven organization with over 5,500 employees and an ambitious buy & build strategy. With acquisitions happening regularly across multiple regions, the finance team plays a key role in supporting scalable growth through smart consolidation, financial control, and strong reporting processes.

As Group Financial Controller, you will work closely with six international hubs and act as a key sparring partner for both local finance teams and group leadership. You will be part of an ambitious team that manages the group’s consolidation across ±50 entities, while also improving systems (Lucanet), processes, and internal controls. This is a hands-on, strategic role that offers a lot of exposure, ownership, and the chance to grow with the business.

• Oversee the month-end close process for approximately 50 legal entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting in line with group standards and deadlines;
  
• Act as the go-to person for 6 international hubs, providing financial information, explanation, and support;
  
• Help design, maintain, and optimize Lucanet for group consolidation and reporting purposes;
  
• Manage intercompany processes;
  
• Drive process improvements and help further professionalize the finance function.

• You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in accountancy, financial control, or group control;
  
• You have strong analytical skills, are proactive, and able to switch between operational details and strategic overviews;
  
• You’re a confident communicator who thrives in dynamic, international environments;
  
• Experience with Lucanet or a different consolidation tool is a strong plus;
  
• You enjoy bringing structure to chaos, are curious and quick to learn, even when the path isn’t clearly defined.

• Annual salary up to €85,000 (holiday allowance included);
  
• Up to 5% annual bonus;
