Are you passionate about snacks or salads? Do you thrive in a food production environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking operators for Goodlife Foods Van Oers in Boxtel. As an operator, you will be responsible for various production lines. You will set up, operate, and monitor line equipment to ensure timely availability according to established procedures. You will oversee all aspects, including raw materials, personnel, and packaging. Additionally, you will be responsible for the correct setup and changeover of the production line, ensuring the speed and size of the packages are maintained. You will also check the appearance of the products to ensure they comply with Van Oers company standards. Your work will mainly consist of controlling the supply of correct raw materials and materials, signaling and solving operational malfunctions, performing test productions and various checks, data processing in the system, instructing and supporting production employees, working according to the set company rules to deliver an optimal final product, and ensuring a clean and tidy workplace.

Wij bieden:

- Salary between 2600 euros and 3250 euros per month excluding shift allowance;
- Shift allowance of 28% over all your hours, so including allowance your minimum salary is €3300;
- A job averaging 33.6 hours per week, but you will be paid for 40 hours;
- Paid breaks;
- 8.33% vacation pay;
- 3% year-end bonus;
- 25 vacation days;
- Travel allowance and a good pension plan.

Wij vragen:

- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
- Cooperation is not a problem for you;
- Quality comes first;
- You are available in 5 shifts.
