Are you passionate about snacks or salads? Do you thrive in a food production environment? We are seeking enthusiastic training operators for Van Oers in Boxtel! You will be responsible for assembling, operating, and overseeing production lines. This involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines, ensuring staff have sufficient raw materials and packaging. Your role is crucial in ensuring everything is properly set up, started, and maintained. You will also monitor production output for quality, weight, and quantity, and keep track of essential production data, such as quality, quantity, and machine condition, all in accordance with our work manual. Your responsibilities will include controlling the supply of correct raw materials and materials, identifying and resolving operational malfunctions, performing test productions and various checks, processing data in the system, instructing and supporting production employees, working according to company rules to deliver an optimal final product, and maintaining a clean and tidy workplace. Wij bieden:

- Salary between 2600 euros and 3250 euros per month, excluding shift allowances;
- Shift allowance of 28% over all your hours, totaling a minimum of €3330 including allowances;
- Paid breaks;
- 8.33% vacation pay;
- 3% year-end bonus;
- 25 vacation days;
- Travel allowance and a good pension plan.

- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
