Over de functie
As a greenhouse worker, you’ll be involved in:
- Planting and repotting potted plants
- Packaging and labeling plants for shipment
- Quality control of plants before distribution
- Mixing orders (arranging flowers by quantity and color)
- General workspace cleaning and maintenance
Work takes place in a modern greenhouse and hall at approx. 20°C
Shift: Day shift | 07:00–17:00 Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays

- Physically fit and ready for active work
- Eye for detail and quality
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team
- Communicative in English, Dutch, or Polish
- Own transport and own accommodation
- €14.06 gross per hour
- 135% paid overtime
- 150% national holiday bonus
- Weekly payments
- Travel allowance: €0.23/km
- Full-time opportunity (40 hrs/week)
