We are looking for a motivated HR student who wants to focus on recruitment and talent acquisition while gaining hands-on experience in the world of HR.

• Talent Acquisition: Actively search for top talents using platforms such as LinkedIn to build a pipeline and find new creative ways to attract talent.

• Administrative Excellence: Ensure job vacancies and postings align with the company brand and maintain consistent online representation on all platforms. 

• Hiring Journey for Students and Interns:  Manage the recruitment cycle for students and interns, including job postings, CV screenings and first interviews. 

• HR Administrative Support: Support HR in daily tasks and small projects

Gevraagd

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• First experience through internships or student roles are preferred, but not required

• Passion for recruitment and people management

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

• Fluency in English, proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus
