As Senior IT Product Lead BI (Mass Market), you are responsible for the data and BI products that empower our consumer teams to work smarter, act faster, and serve customers better. You lead the product team, own the roadmap, and ensure stakeholders – from marketing to customer service – have access to scalable, trusted, and forward-thinking insights.

You translate business needs into meaningful solutions and help connect the dots between people, platforms and priorities. At the same time, you create the space for your team to grow, take ownership, and deliver value – in a culture built on trust, clarity and collaboration.

This is a strategic product leadership role that blends long-term vision with hands-on delivery. You are responsible for the full product lifecycle – from data requirements and infrastructure to reporting, visualizations and continuous improvement.

You’ll work with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers and platform teams to ensure that BI products are accurate, accessible, and aligned with our broader digital strategy. You bring structure and focus – but also energy, initiative and empathy.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of technology, data and business – with visible impact across Odido’s entire mass market.

• Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for consumer BI (Mass Market)

• Drive availability, quality and usage of BI and data products across the domain

• Translate strategic needs into sprint goals, stories and team priorities

• Align with stakeholders across business and IT to define and prioritize value

• Collaborate with analysts, engineers and platform teams to build the right solutions

• Lead by example in promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization

• Balance strategic planning with operational excellence and team development

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO)

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead in data/BI

• Experience owning the roadmap and backlog for data products or BI platforms

• Strong understanding of business value, data governance, and agile delivery

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch

• Ability to translate strategy into action and guide teams with clarity and vision

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Snowflake or dbt

• Familiarity with customer insights, marketing, or digital customer journeys

• Experience aligning IT and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment

• Affinity with data security, compliance, and ethical data use
