At RPI, we bring people’s stories to life through personalized print-on-demand products. Headquartered in the United States, we operate globally, producing and shipping millions of books and other printed items through a cloud-based print platform.
Our European location in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is known for its open, collaborative work culture and low employee turnover. Around 80 permanent staff work here alongside our flexible production workforce, depending on the season.
As RPI expands into new publishing markets and customer segments, we're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and process-minded Customer Support Representative to join the team.

Your role
As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for our partners, customers, and logistics providers. You provide tailored, proactive support through email and phone, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
You will handle a variety of tasks, including:
  • Answering customer inquiries and offering product and order support;
  • Registering and crediting orders accurately;
  • Preparing orders;
  • Handling complex questions and escalating when needed;
  • Managing complaints and coordinating solutions with relevant parties;
  • Identifying process improvements and sharing opportunities with colleagues and partners;
  • Generating and presenting reports to the Customer Service & Projects Manager;
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders about ongoing matters.
The team currently consists of 6 customer support representatives and the customer support manager, to whom you’ll be reporting directly. You’re part of the Customer Team, which consists of two Sales representatives, one Technical Project Manager, the Innovation Manager and the Customer Support team.

What we're looking for
You are someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is ready to grow beyond the role of support if the opportunity arises. Whether your ambition is to move into senior support, account management, or project support—you see customer service as the ideal launchpad.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Have experience or strong affinity with customer support;
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken;
  • Stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure;
  • Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Are analytically strong and confident using Excel;
  • Are comfortable working full-time (36 hours per week);
  • Are fluent in English;
  • Are able to understand conversations in Dutch, you do not need to speak Dutch fluently;
  • Are tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and order platforms.

What we offer
At RPI, no day is the same. You’ll join a passionate and skilled team, where your voice is heard and your input valued. We offer:
  • Depending on your work experience, you can expect a salary between €2500 - €3000 gross per month, based on 36 hours per week;
  • An annual gratuity, based on the company’s performance;
  • A mobility or work-from-home allowance;
  • 8% holiday pay;
  • 26,5 days of vacation per year;
  • A good pension scheme.
