As an Inhouse Intercedent in Lemmer, you will work 32 to 40 hours per week. You are the main point of contact for our production client in Lemmer. Two days a week, you will be on-site with the client, allowing you to stay close to the work floor and respond quickly. The remaining days, you will work from one of our offices in Friesland (in consultation), where you will focus on administrative tasks, recruitment, and coordination with your colleagues. You play a central role in the collaboration between the client and our flexible workforce. You build strong relationships, understand exactly what is happening within the company, and actively contribute to staffing and process improvements. You write compelling job advertisements, set up targeted recruitment campaigns, and approach potential candidates in an enthusiastic and convincing manner. Additionally, you guide the flexible workers with questions about salary, travel expenses, or leave, ensuring that everything related to their placement runs smoothly. HR tasks such as drafting contracts and following up on absenteeism are also part of your responsibilities.
