Do you like to work with your hands and do a physical job? Then I have a nice offer for you! I’m looking for logistics employees at DPD Veenendaal. At the moment it’s possible to work 24 to 40 hours per week. But, due to the evening and night allowances you’ll be earning a nice amount of money! Do you want to know what else we have to offer? • Hourly payment of € 14,06 per hour (before taxes)
• Working hours between 24 and 40 per week!
• Allowance of 30% between 20.00 and 00.00: € 18,28!
• A great work environment with nice colleagues
• 45% extra between 00.00 and 06.00. So, € 20,39!
• A fixed contract after 12 weeks!

As a logistics employee you are not afraid of doing hard work. The packages at DPD Veenendaal can go up to 25 kilograms. Besides that you are:

• Part-time available (24 to 32 hours a week);
• having your own transport to get to the location of DPD Veenendaal;
• In the capability of getting a Dutch VOG document (Certificate of Conduct).

Sorting packages! That’s in a nutshell what you’ll be doing as a logistics employee. On a daily basis we get a lot of trucks that arrive at the warehouse of DPD Veenendaal. These trucks get unloaded by hand. You put every package on a big assembly line by hand. Then the packages get scanned and sorted automatically. At the end of the assembly line the packages only need to be put on the right container. That’s all! It’s not a difficult job, but it’s a heavy job!

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: You work between 14.00 and 07.00. Divided in several shifts.

The warehouse of DPD Veenendaal is located at the North part of the city. It’s important that you have your own transport to get there! Daily an international group of logistics employees are working in the warehouse. So in general, the mother tongue will be English. There is a great working environment on the work floor, but obviously there’s work to do.
