What are you going to do?

Administrative Assistants are a super important part of Nike and act as liaisons embedded in business functions and geographies. Their talents — organization, problem solving, time management and much more — help fuel the success of their teams.

Nike’s diverse group of administrative assistants embodies professionalism and models core Nike values to guests and fellow employees.

You will provide essential support to several Senior Directors in the Marketing Team by:

  • Managing complex and dynamic calendars with accuracy
  • Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Scheduling meetings and organizing internal and offsite events
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports promptly
  • Keeping organizational charts up to date on a monthly basis
  • Assisting with coordination of department and equipment moves when necessary
  • Working closely with senior leaders who each have their own unique management style, requiring flexibility and strong communication skills

  • A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What do we ask?
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience (Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, Office Manager)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch is an advantage
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with flexible working hours
  • Strong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information discreetly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar management), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools such as Slack, Work Vivo, and others
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for offsites and meetings
